City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 96-11 <br />A Resolution Adding Tent and Amending the Future Land Use Map of the <br />1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan Relating to Agriculture /Open Space <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 8, 1996, <br />to consider a City- initiated request to amend the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan to establish <br />goals, policies and objectives for an Agriculture /Open Space Zoning District, and to define areas <br />within the City where this zoning district would be implemented; and <br />WHEREAS, at its May 13, 1996, meeting, the Planning Commission, on a majority vote, <br />recommended that the City Council adopt the goals, policies and objectives set forth in Attachment <br />A; and <br />WHEREAS, at its May 13, 1996, meeting, the Planning Commission, on a majority vote, <br />recommended that the City Council amend the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan's Future Land <br />Use Map as identified as AOP1, AOP2, AOP3, AOP4 and AO P5 as shown on Attachment B. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan <br />is hereby amended, as recommended by the Planning Commission (and amended by the City <br />Council) subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
