CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASFHNGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 96-16 2.2-0412MMARMA N��l WHEREAS, Ed Gorman made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described land, Lot 1, COUNTY AUDITOR!S PLAT NO. 8, excepting therefrom the following described tract: Commencino, at the NE corner of said Lot 1; thence South along the East line thereof a distance of 261.6feet; thence South 72 degrees 48 minutes West 225 feet to a point, thence North along a line parallel to the West line of said Lot I to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 1; thence North 55 degrees 16.5 minutes East along the Northerly line of said Lot I to the place of beginning; and also except a tract described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 1, 367 feet Northerly from the SE comer of said Lot 1; thence continue Northeasterly on said South line 110 feet to the SE comer of Lot 1; thence North on the East line of said Lot 134 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to said South line 110 feet; thence South parallel to said East line 1354 feet to the point of beginning, subject to rights acquired by the State of Minnesota for Trunk Flighway purposes and subject to a walkway easment to the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. WliEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered and recommended approval of the request for a minor subdivision on July 8, 1996; and VaIEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its July 16, 1996, meeting, reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and has determined that the application for a minor subdivision is in compliance with the regulations of the City, NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels: PARCEL A Lot 1, COUNTY AUDITOR'S PLAT NO. 8., excepting therefrom. the following described tract- Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence south along the cast line thereof, a distance of 261.60 feet; thence South 72 degrees 48 minutes West 225 feet to a point; thence north along a line parallel to the west line of said Lot I to a point in the northerly line of said Lot I thence North 55 degrees 16-1/2 minutes East along the northerly line of said Lot I to the place of beginning; and also except a tract described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 1, 367.00 feet northerly
