CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHiNGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO, 97-9 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON S.A.P. 206-208-01 <br />(30TH Street North) from C.S.A.H. 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) to C.S.A.H. 15 (Manning Avenue) <br />in the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 18th day of March, 1997, by the City of Lake Elmo in <br />Washington County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called the 11 Cfty 11 , <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of M.S.A.S. 108 (30th Street North) from <br />C.S.A.H. 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) to C.S.A.H. 15 (Manning Avenue). <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State-Aid Funds on the improvement of <br />this street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on either side of <br />the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State-Aid Street project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor <br />vehicles on 30th Street North at ail times. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on the 18th day of March, 1997. <br />Lee Hunt, Acting Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary eh City AdmiiIeiaTor <br />111, 1\� <br />
