CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESO'T'A <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-7 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR THE ABBOTT/FRIEDERICHS PROPERTY; COLLOPY HILLS <br />WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of the <br />Abbott/F'riederichs property, Collopy Hills, at its January 11, 1999 meeting and recommended <br />approval to the City Council, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Preliminary Plat of Collopy Hills as the same as on file with the <br />City Administrator based upon. the following findings: <br />The Preliminary Plat is consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />The Preliminary Plat is consistent with the purpose of the RR (Rural .Residential) ,Zoning <br />District requirements. <br />The Preliminary Plat complies with the development standards. <br />FURTHER, the following conditions shall be attached: <br />1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer's memo of January 4, 1999. <br />2. Precludes further subdivision of Lot 2, except as permitted by the existing RR .Cluster <br />Ordinance. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19th day of January, 1999. <br />Lee Hunt, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Ku fifer, Ci y% dministrator <br />
