CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-03 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />OP DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR TANA RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of "TANA <br />RIDGE" on September 13, 1999 and recommended approval to the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the preliminary <br />plat and plan of TANA RIDGE on September 21, 1999, <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and OP Development Plan and Development Agreement of TANA <br />RIDGE presented to the City Council conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve <br />and accept the Final Plat and Final. OP Development Plan. and Development Agreement of TANA RIDGE <br />as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following findings: <br />1.
