CITY OF LAKE ELMO Washington County, Minnesota Resolution No. 2000 -05 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO Dennis Hogan WHEREAS, Dennis Hogan, 5038 Linden Trail, has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision (Lot Line Adjustment) pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land; to wit; And PARCEL A: Lot 1, Block 5, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES PARCEL B: Outlot C, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its January 10, 2000 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the City Council to Dennis Hogan, resulting in the following described parcels: PARCEL A: Lot 1, Block 5, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES; EXCEPT The West 20.30 feet of Lot 1, Block 5, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES, Washington County, Minnesota and commonly known as 5038 Linden Trail North, AND That part of OUTLOT C, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES, Washington County, Minnesota described as beginning at the Northeast comer of said OUTLOT C; thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 57 minutes 07 seconds East, along the East line of said OUTLOT C, a distance of 18.02 feet; thence North 57 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 155.55 feet; thence North 20 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 25.25 feet to the North line of said OUTLOT C; thence South 57 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds East, along the North line of said OUTLOT C, a distance of 165.87 feet to the point of beginning. And PARCEL B: OUTLOT C, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES, EXCEPT that part of OUTLOT C, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES, Washington County, Minnesota described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said OUTLOT C; thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 57 minutes 07 seconds East, along the East line of said OUTLOT C, a distance of 18.02 feet; thence North 57 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 155.55 feet; thence North 20 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 25.25 feet to the North line of said OUTLOT C; thence South 57 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds East, along the North line of said OUTLOT C, a distance of 165.87 feet to the point of beginning, AND the West 20.30 feet of Lot 1, Block 5, TAMARACK FARM ESTATES, Washington County, :Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Acceptance by the Minnesota Land Trust of substitute conservation easements over Oulot C Tamarack Farm Estates consistent with the lot configuration proposed. All documentation, fees and processing through the Minnesota Land Trust to be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
