CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EAGLE <br />POINT BOULEVARD PHASE II AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of Eagle Point Boulevard, the unimproved portion of Eagle Point Blvd. <br />between Hudson Blvd. and Inwood Avenue, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an in the <br />Construction Bulletin and advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />shall be published for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state <br />that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 7 p.m. on May 7 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check <br />bid bond, or certified check payable to the clerk for 5% of the amount of such bid. <br />ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL this 2nd day of April, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary ueffn , City A inistrator <br />
