Eagle :Point Site Resolution — 2002 -012 <br />City of Labe Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />SITE PLAN <br />of <br />EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION <br />EQUITY FINANCIAL SERVICE <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its March 6, 2002 meeting reviewed the <br />Section 520 Site Plan for Equity Financial Service, Lot 1, Block 1, Eagle Point Business <br />Center Third Addition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo <br />does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan for Equity Financial Service at Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Eagle Point Business Center Third Addition in accordance with plans staff -dated February <br />22, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Modification of the surface water plan as required by the City Engineer. <br />2. Compliance with all requirements of the City Engineer. <br />3. Submission of a landscape contractors cost estimate for the landscape; and, <br />provision of security to the City to assure landscape plan execution and 2 <br />years survivability. <br />4. Payment of Park dedication fee -in -lieu, as prescribed by Eagle Point Business <br />Center Development Agreement. <br />5. Modification of the exterior lighting plan to eliminate "hot spots" of 3 candle <br />power; or, City Council waiver of the 3 candle power standard /amendment <br />to Section 1350.05 Subd.2 to accommodate lighting "hot spots ". <br />6. Approval of a Final Plat creating the site from Outlot B; and, a Development <br />Agreement .Addendum for Eagle Point Business Park addressing utility and <br />public street improvements required to support this site. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 6" day of N ch, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, .MAYOR <br />TEST: <br />Mary of er, ity Adn r�ator <br />
