03` <br />Minor Subdivision — MFC <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 2002- 006 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO <br />MFC PROPERTIES 94 L.P. <br />WHEREAS, MFC Properties 94, L.P. has .made application to the City of Lake <br />Elmo for a Minor. Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />of the following described parcel of land; to wit: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the East <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying westerly of <br />that part thereof embraced within Washington County Highway Right of <br />Way Plat No. 48 -19B and lying northerly of Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation Right of Way Plat numbered 82 -43, according to the <br />recorded plats thereof. <br />Containing 1,960,374 square feet /45.00399 acres. <br />Subject to a Northern States Power Company easement as described in Book <br />277 of Deeds, page 553. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor <br />Subdivision. request at its January 28, 2002 meeting, and recommended that the Minor <br />Subdivision be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Minor Subdivision is hereby <br />granted by the City Council to 1V1FC Properties 94, L.C. resulting in the following parcel: <br />PARCEL A; 38.10399 acres of land: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying westerly of <br />Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 48 -19B. <br />and, <br />
