CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -017 <br />SOUTH WASHINGTON WATERSHED DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE <br />Resolution by the City of Lake Elmo concurring with the petition to add or <br />transfer territory to the South Washington Watershed District. <br />RECITALS: <br />I. The City of Lake Elmo has jurisdiction over the territory identified to be <br />added or transferred from one WMO to another WMO. <br />2. That the territory drains to the abutting district, and is more appropriately <br />included within the abutting watershed districts /water management <br />organization. <br />3. That the territory changes are technical in nature, and are the result of study <br />and review conducted by the District since its creation. <br />4. That the Boundary Change Petition prepared by the South Washington <br />Watershed District has been reviewed by the City Council., and the City of <br />Lake Elmo concurs with said Petition.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Lake Elmo is in concurrence <br />with the Boundary Change Petition of the South Washington Watershed District to be <br />submitted to the Board of Water and Soil Resources. <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2003. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
