CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -015 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND CALLING HEARING ON THE 2004 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the <br />overlay of 49th Street North Jane Circle North, Jasper Avenue North, and Jerome <br />Avenue North, and this report was received by the City Council on February 17, 2004. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the overlay improvements <br />of 49th Street North, Jane Circle North, Jasper Avenue North, <br />Jerome Avenue North in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br />at an estimated cost of the improvement of $76,748.00 <br />2. A .Public Hearing has been ordered on said overlay improvement on <br />the 1st day of March, 2004 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the <br />clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of February, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
