CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2005 -012 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT and FINAL PLAT of <br />EAGLE POINT 4TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Dale Glowa of United Properties has made application for a Preliminary <br />Plat to create one commercial building lot and one outlot on property generally located on the <br />northeast corner of Hudson Boulevard and Inwood Avenue. The parcel is legally described as <br />follows: <br />Outlot A, EAGLE POINT 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, at its January 27, 2005 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />and recommended approval of this application to replat Outlot A into one commercial <br />building lot and one outlot. <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of EAGLE POINT 4TH <br />ADDITION was presented to the City Council at its February 1, 2005 City Council. <br />Meeting where the following Finding was made: <br />The proposed Preliminary Plat generally complies with the subdivision design <br />standards of Section 400 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code and it is generally <br />compliant with the Eagle Point Business Park PUD Plan- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the Preliminary Plat of EAGLE POINT 4T' <br />ADDITION, per plans that staff dated January 14, 2005, as the same on file with the City <br />Administrator, subject to the following Conditions: <br />1. Evidence of the easement from the owners of Outlot A for use of all of <br />designated driveway by the owner of Lot 1 should be provided. <br />2. Compliance with the comments and recommendations of the City Engineer <br />3.
