CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COtNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-007 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 2005 -2006 CDBG APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has authorized and directed the City's <br />Community Improvement Commission to review priorities for the application of Lake <br />Elmo's 2004 Community Development Block Grant allocation, and make its <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the content of the 2005 -2006 CDBG <br />Grant Application; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission has reviewed the <br />priorities for application of 2005 CDBG allocation funds, and provided its unanimous <br />recommendation to the City Council to apply 100% of the 2005 CDBG allocation <br />(estimated to be $72,000) to a continuation of the Cimarron. Neighborhood Gas Service <br />Rehabilitation Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council concurs in the <br />recommendation of the Community Improvement Commission regarding the 2005 -2006 <br />CDBG allocation application; and, authorizes and directs the Acting City Administrator <br />to prepare and submit the 2005 -2006 CDBG Application to Washington County <br />responsive to this Resolution of the City Council. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on January 4, 20 <br />f <br />Lao— <br />Dean A.
