RESOLUTION NO 2009-024 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Washington County has completed the design and plans, dated February <br />� 26. 2009. for Project No. SAP 82-613-27' showing proposed excavebon, gnading, o|ignment, <br />cross-sections and bituminous paving for the improvement of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) <br />No. 13 (Inwood Av*nue)'and <br />VVHEREAS, the plans have been reviewed by City Staff and presented to the City <br />� <br />WHEREAS, the project ks necessary to improve safety along CSAH 13sd the intersection <br />of 15 th Street by adding a left turn lane in each direction, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution Nn. 2009'015' approving the project <br />"contingent upon the final project providing for safe bicycle traffic through the intersection", and <br />� I WHEREAS, the City Council received a presentation from Washington County on June 2, <br />2009. and determined that the project should proceed without the contingency stated in the <br />� <br />whereas clause immediately above, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE|TRESOLVED, <br />1. The City hereby approves said final plans for the improvements ofCSAH 13 within the <br />corporate limits. <br />2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the County Construction Plans on the <br />City's behalf. <br />���� <br />k W12 <br />
