CITY OF LAKE ' <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO 2010-007 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR 0 I <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 7, 2009, Tower Asphalt, Inc. has <br />satisfactorily completed the 2009 Street Improvement Project in accordance with such contract. <br />WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on February 3``, 2010 and will end on <br />February 2nd, 2011 and an one-year warranty inspection will be completed in January, 2010, and the <br />contractor will be required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials that are <br />found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense. <br />RE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and, <br />RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a <br />proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in, full. <br />tt , <br />Date: �� r��j , 2010 CITY <br />ATTEST: <br />Bruce A.
