RESOLUTION NO 2011-001 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council authorization, a feasibility report has been <br />prepared by TKDA to provide street improvements for 50th Street (from Lake Elmo Avenue <br />(CSAH 17) to Kimbro Avenue) and Kimbro Avenue (from 50th Street to 47th Street), <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility report states that the project is necessary, cost - effective, and <br />feasible, <br />NO T� , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the <br />assessments of the abutting properties for all such portion of the cost of the improvements <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the I st day of <br />February, 2011, in the council chambers of'the City Hall at or approximately after 7 :00 <br />P.M. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />Date; '�. :R �a1 , 2011 CITY <br />r. <br />Dean A.
