CITY OF LADE ELM® <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012-01.1 <br />i <br />WHEREAS, pursuant a resolution of'the City Council adopted the 81h day of February, 2012, <br />the Council ordered a hearing on Improvement ,for the DeMontreville Highlands Area Street <br />Improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day of March, 2012, at which all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given the opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility report states that the project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, <br />I. Such improvement is deemed necessary,- cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />Feasibility Report, <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the <br />81h day of'February, 2012. <br />3, The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br />engineer shall oversee the preparation of the Plans and Specificalions for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />4. The City Engineer shall retain the services of a consulting engineering firm to assist, <br />where needed, to prepare Plans and Specifications for the making of such improvement, <br />and to assist the City Engineer during the construction phase of the improvement as <br />requested. <br />5. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the <br />improvemenl from the proceeds of'tax exempt bonds. <br />Adopted by the Council this 61h day gf'March, 2012. <br />Resolution No. 2012-011 <br />
