CITY OF LAKE EIS MO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COUNTY PROJECT WITHIJ <br />MUNICIPAL <br />' a, CORPORATE <br />WHEREAS, Washington County intends to complete a pavement preservation project <br />along County State Aid Highway (CSAII) 10 (10th Street N) from the I-694 Bridge in Oakdale to <br />600 feet east of CSAI1 13 (Inwood Avenue N), <br />WHEREAS the project will not involve realignment, widening, or intersection configuration <br />revisions, thereby maintaining the existing design elements upon completion of the project, <br />WHEREAS, Washington County has prepared a recommended layout, dated March 29, <br />2012, for State Aid Project No. 082-610-011, with said plans on file at the offices of City Hall, <br />WHEREAS, the improvements will be paid 100% by Washington County using County <br />State Aid Funds with no cost participation by the City of Lake Elmo. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />1. That said plans for State Aid Project No. 082-610-011 within the corporate limits of bake <br />Elmo be hereby approved.. <br />2.
