CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO _..-Ruben _Lqt�sqnq LausencT Stone <br />IN THE— AG_ DISTRICT1..FROM JANUARY 1, 198.3 through <br />DECEMBER 31, 198 <br />WHEREAS, Ruben- Lauseng <br />has applied for a Conditional- Use Permit fora, <br />On. 87A N 1/2 of NE 1Z.L _ -As c sessment Book) <br />Section 3, Township 29,.Range 21 <br />at 9591 60th St. N. <br />in the City oflake Eli -no from January 1, 1.98 3 ' through.,December 31, <br />1983 and has submitted all required information and fees for the <br />application. for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.050 of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a i2_ Open_ Sales Lot <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 301.1.30 C. D. E. F. G. <br />of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under <br />which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot <br />at 9591 60th-St. N. <br />is hereby granted to_RUhea_LaU__�nC <br />from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, 1.98_3 subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The hours of -operation shall be: 8 a.m. to 8 p'*m. Mon -Sat and <br />10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. <br />2. There shall be an on -site business sign only. <br />3. No material shall be stored closer than 210" south of Hwy 36 <br />right-of-way. <br />
