CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APRIL 1, 2025 <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7. 00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers, Nick Dragisich, Matt Him, Jeff <br />Holtz and Nick Kragness. <br />Staff present: Administrator Miller, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Stanley, Public Works <br />Director Powers, Finance Director Hadler, Sr. City Planner Jensen and City Clerk Johnson. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/INQUIRIES <br />Dennis & Cheryl Kelly, 13667 Greenwood Tr. N., West Lakeland, announced the beginning of a <br />process to reestablish a Lions Club in Lake Elmo with a public meeting on April 16, 2025. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br />Councilmember Him, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO ACCEPT THE <br />MINUTES OF THE MARCH 18, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS PRESENTED. <br />Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />2.
