RESOLUTION NO 2011-009 RESOLUTION PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS WHEREAS, Washington County intends to complete a pavement preservation project along County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 6 (Stillwater Boulevard N) fi°om Granada Avenue to Trunk Highway S through Oakdale and Lake Elmo, Minnesota, WHEREAS the project consists of paving a 2 -inch overlay for approximately 3.6 miles to improve the roadway surface while mitigating further pavement cracking and deterioration, and includes updated signing and striping of the new pavement consistent with the latest version of the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, WHEREAS the project will not involve realignment, widening, or intersection configuration revisions, thereby maintaining the existing design elements upon completion of the project, WHEREAS, Washington County has prepared the, final layout of the improvements and has incorporated the final layout in the project plans, dated February 23, 2011, for State Aid Project No. 82- 606 -09, with said plans on file at the offices qf City Hall, WHEREAS, the improvements will be paid 100% by Washington County with no cost participation by the City of Lake Elmo. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, 1. That said final layout for the improvements for State Aid Project No. 82- 606 -09 within the corporate limits of Lake Elmo is hereby approved. 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the Construction Plans for State Aid Project No. 82- 606 -09 on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo.
