RESOLUTION NO 2011-009 <br />RESOLUTION PROJECT WITHIN <br />MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS <br />WHEREAS, Washington County intends to complete a pavement preservation project along <br />County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 6 (Stillwater Boulevard N) fi°om Granada Avenue to Trunk <br />Highway S through Oakdale and Lake Elmo, Minnesota, <br />WHEREAS the project consists of paving a 2 -inch overlay for approximately 3.6 miles to <br />improve the roadway surface while mitigating further pavement cracking and deterioration, and <br />includes updated signing and striping of the new pavement consistent with the latest version of the <br />Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, <br />WHEREAS the project will not involve realignment, widening, or intersection configuration <br />revisions, thereby maintaining the existing design elements upon completion of the project, <br />WHEREAS, Washington County has prepared the, final layout of the improvements and has <br />incorporated the final layout in the project plans, dated February 23, 2011, for State Aid Project <br />No. 82- 606 -09, with said plans on file at the offices qf City Hall, <br />WHEREAS, the improvements will be paid 100% by Washington County with no cost <br />participation by the City of Lake Elmo. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, <br />1. That said final layout for the improvements for State Aid Project No. 82- 606 -09 within the <br />corporate limits of Lake Elmo is hereby approved. <br />2.
