RESOLUTION NO 2011-004 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of January, <br />2011, the Council ordered a hearing on Improvement for the SO'h Street and Kimbro Avenue <br />Street Improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the Ist day of February, 2011, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard will be given the opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility report states that the project is necessary, cost - effective, and <br />,feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE' IT RESOL VED, <br />1. Such improvement is deemed necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />Feasibility Report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the <br />I st day of February, 2011. <br />3. TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall <br />prepare flans and Specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />4.
