CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-003 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE <br />AND ALTERNATE <br />TO THE BOARD OF THE GATEWAY CORRIDOR COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the Gateway Corridor Commission, formerly Imown as the 1-94 Corridor <br />Commission, has been formalized through a joint powers agreement, the members of <br />which include the Washington County Regional Railroad Authority, the Ramsey County <br />Regional Railroad Authority, and may include any of the municipalities through which <br />1-94 traverses from Union Station in St. Paul to the St. Croix River. <br />NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOVLED, that the City Council hereby appoints Dean <br />Johnston, Mayor, as the Gateway Corridor Commission representative and Brett <br />Emmons, City Council Member, as the alternate for 2011. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 25th day of January, 2011. <br />A.
