CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A Resolution Authorizing Signatures for Grant Fund and Regular Savings from the Lake <br />Elmo Bank <br />WHEREAS, on March 6, 2012, the City designated the Lake Elmo Bank as one of the <br />official depository for funds of the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves <br />the following: <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator shall be primary signatures on the Grant Fund and <br />Regular Savings Account and order for payments and withdraw funds on deposit with the <br />Lake Elmo Bank, <br />2. The Deputy Mayor and Finance Director shall be the secondary signatures on all savings <br />and order for payments and withdraw funds on deposits with the Lake Elmo Bank, in the <br />event absence of one of the primary signatures or an urgent special check is required. <br />3. Current Mayor Dean A. Johnston, Acting Mayor Brett Emmons, City Administrator Dean <br />A. Zuleger, and Finance Director Cathy Bendel will serve in these capacities. Facsimile <br />signatures may be used to all sign all checks and orders for payment of money and <br />withdraw funds on deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank. <br />4.
