CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />FROM THE 2014 PROPERTY TAX ROLL <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 444.075, 5ubd. 3, permits certification of <br />unpaid charges to the county auditor for collection with taxes payable; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved said assessment on October 1, 2013 on parcel id <br />34.029.21.43.0002 in the amount of $70.97; <br />WHEREAS, the parcel subsequently applied for and was approved to be reclassified to <br />an exempt parcel effective 1/1/2014; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, that the utility assessment of $70.97 for parcel id 34.029.21.43.0002 be removed from the <br />2014 tax roll with Washington County. <br />ADOPTED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO THIS <br />SIXTH DAY O <br />CITY COUNCIL EL <br />CIT A Of LAKE EH.1MO <br />Mik- "Pears6n`" <br />Mayor <br />Adam Bell <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution 2014-03 <br />
