!' 1 <br />A RESOLUTIONAPPROVING THE DEVELOPE '. '. AGREEMENT T FOR <br />EASTON VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota and: <br />WHEREAS, Easton Village, LLC 2140 West County load 42, Burnsville, MN <br />(Applicant) has previously submitted an application to the City ofLake Elmo ("City") for a Final <br />Plat for Easton Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Eli City Council considered and approved the Preliminary plat <br />request for Easton Village at a meeting held on July 15 2014 and <br />WHEREAS, Condition ( of said resolution No. 2015-07 establishes that, prior to the <br />execution of the Final Flat by City officials, the Applicant is to enter into aDeveloper's <br />Agreement with the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and City have agreed to enter into such a contract, and a copy <br />of the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for consideration at its March <br />, 2015 meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, RE, based on the inforivation received., the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does Hereby approve the Developer's Agreement for Easton Village and authorize <br />the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the document subject to final review and approval by the <br />City Attorney. <br />Passed and duly adopted this 3d clay of March 2015 by the City Co °1 of the Cit -o Lake <br />Elmo, Minnesota. <br />Mike Pearson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Adam Bell, City Clerk <br />Resolution No. 2015-1 <br />
