MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 12, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />February, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John I{eis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. I{athy Weihe <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The January 8, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />PRELIMINARY Erin Mathern, Mendota Homes, appeared before the Commission to <br />& FINAL PLAT, review the application of Mendota Homes for approval of a Preliminary <br />PUD, AND and Final Plat, Development Stage and Final Stage PUD, and <br />ARCI7ITECTURALArchitectural Review fora 14-unit office condominium project on <br />REVIEW - Lot 1, Block 1, Market Place 3"~ Addition. Mathern reported that at <br />LITTLE CANADA the direction of the Planning Commission last month, they reviewed <br />OFFICE options for placement of one of the condominium buildings. They have <br />CONDOMINIUMS also prepared additional diagrams showing the architectural elements that <br />are proposed for the two buildings. <br />Mathern reviewed the architectural elements of the two prairie-style <br />buildings proposed. She noted that the exteriors will be finished with <br />stucco and brick. Signage is proposed adjacent to each of the town office <br />doors and a corner sign is proposed at Market Place Drive and Middle <br />
