MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 13, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />May, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Code Enf Officer <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />MINUTES The April 8, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />HIDDEN Knudsen noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on the <br />ACRE5 ,Preliminary Plat for Hidden Acres at its last meeting with instructions to <br />the developer to explore additional options for a street connection to <br />Condit Street to help mitigate traffic safety issues that were discussed. <br />Knudsen also noted that there was some discussion at the April 28°i <br />Council meeting on the proposed Preliminary Plat with the Council <br />indicating its support for an additional access to Condit Street. <br />The City Planner indicated that three options have been identified for <br />street layout for the Hidden Acres development. It should be noted that all <br />three layouts include the connection of Yorkton Ridge and Burke Lane. <br />Option 1 provides for an additional connection to Condit Street between <br />the houses located at 2883 and 2891 Condit Street. This connection would <br />be a couple of hundred feet north of Nadeau Road. Option 2 provides for <br />
