MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 10, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10t1i day of <br />January, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Bill Buesing called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING Mr. Bill Buesing <br />COMMISSION: Mr. Chris Kwapick <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Ms. Taelor Johnson <br />Ms. Dawn Kulouselc <br />Ms. Nicole George <br />ABSENT: Mr. Eric Thorson <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Assoc. Planner/Code Enf. <br />Ms. Heidi Heller, City Cleric <br />ELECT VICE Johnson nominated Nick Schwalbach as Vice Chair for 2019, seconded by <br />CHAIR George. Mr. Schwalbach accepted the nomination and was unanimously <br />voted in as vice chair. <br />MINUTES The November 8, 2018 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />APPROVE 2019 The Associate Planner explained that a 2019 Planning Commission <br />PLANNING meeting calendar is in the packet. She stated that the Commission has not <br />COMMISSION approved a calendar in the past, but staff feels it is a housekeeping item that <br />MEETING SCHEDULE is a good practice to start doing. She added the February 27 workshop to <br />the calendar since it is important for the Planning Commissioners to attend. <br />Schwalbach noted that the calendar also reflects the new meeting start time <br />of 6:30 p.m. <br />
