Items brought before the Council will be referred for consideration. Council may ask questions for clarification, but no Council action or discussion will be held on these items. PRESENTATION 1. Jeff Ongstad, NineNorth Executive Director PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. Consider Final Plat for Villas of Gervais Lake Single Family Development at 0 Edgerton Street A Public Hearing provides a formal opportunity for the public to speak on a specific proposed action as required by Minnesota Statute. The purpose of tonight’s Public Hearing is to receive public feedback on the proposed Final Plat of the Villas of Gervais Lake Subdivision. The general procedure of the Public Hearing will be as follows: • Staff provides information on the proposed subdivision • Mayor opens the Public Hearing • Those wishing to comment are heard (Please limit your comments to 3 minutes per person. The City Council and staff will listen to, but will not enter into a dialogue or respond to citizen comments) • City Council takes formal action to close the Public Hearing • City Council Members have an opportunity to comment and ask questions on the proposal • City Council takes action on the proposal CONSENT AGENDA 3.
