STAFF ORIGINATOR <br />DATE <br />TOPIC <br />AGENDA ITEM 6 B <br />Mary Kay Wyland <br />February 9, 1995 <br />95-3-P, Hardwood Creek, Minor Subdivision <br />Mr. and Mrs. Erickson, owners of the property at 7979 24th Avenue, <br />known as Hardwood Creek Farm, are requesting a minor subdivision to <br />split a 10 acre parcel, containing a single family dwelling, from <br />the 50+ acre site. This 10 acre parcel will meet all lot area and <br />street frontage requirements for the rural zoning district. <br />Staff has reviewed the request and would recommend approval of the <br />minor subdivision as submitted with the following condition: <br />1. A park dedication fee in the amount of $500 be collected <br />prior to recording of the minor subdivision with Anoka County. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board concurred with the staff <br />recommendation at their February 8, 1995 meeting. <br />1.
