Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one was present for open mike. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />MOTION by Commissioner Minar, seconded by Commissioner Zastrow, to approve the minutes <br />of August 21, 2008. Motion carried with Commissioner Lyden abstained. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Communication Plan <br />Commissioner Drennen updated the commission on the charter website. He noted that the <br />website is being paid for by the members of the commission and not by city funds. <br />Commissioner Drennen stated that the website was mentioned in an article written by Deb <br />Barnes for the Hugo newspaper The Citizen. <br />1 <br />
