July 18, 1973 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board was called <br />to order at 8:10 on July 18, 1973 by Chairman McLean. Members present; <br />Shearen,Karth, Kelling,Nadeau. Absent; Hill, Farrand. Mr. Marier, liaslon <br />to the Council was also present. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to approve the minutes of June 20, 1973 as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kelling. Motion carried. <br />A special meeting has been scheduled for August 8, 1973 at 8:00 P.M. at <br />the Village Hall. This meeting has been called for the purpose of meeting <br />with Mr. Lee Starr, Village Planner. Full attendance is requested. <br />Mr. Wagner, of the VFW, appeared for a sign pewit. Since the application <br />was not available, Mr Wagner was requested to return at the next regular <br />scheduled meeting. <br />Mr. V. Cardinal appeared before the Board with Mr. Baumann seeking a <br />building permit on an acre of land near Peltier Lake. This property is <br />not abutting a dedicated roadway. He was referred to Mr. Locher. <br />Vern Anderson applied for a garage and storage building permit on 8.8 <br />acres on Birch Street. This building must not be nearer than 200 feet <br />to the front lot line and at least 10 feet from the side lot line. It <br />must also conform with State codes. The Board postponed action until <br />August 15, 1973 so the applicant could present complete plans for the <br />Board to inspect. <br />Mr. 1. Walbon asked about rezoning property along Highway #49 near the <br />Rehbein Bus Barns. The front 300 feet is zoned' commercial and it was <br />recommended that Mr. Walbon apply for commercial zoning on the remainder <br />of the lot. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board requested that they continue to receive <br />copies of all Council meeting minutes. <br />Mr. Kelling moved to adjourn at 9:30 P.M.
