EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Council <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota was duly held in the City Hall of said City <br />on Tuesday, the 26th day of October, 1976, commencing at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members Were present: Mayor William 1. Bohjanen, Councilmen <br />Karth, Schneider, and Zelinka, and the following were absent: Councilman McLean. <br />Councilman Karth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENT <br />AND CALLING FOR A HEARING THEREON <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted April 26, 1976, <br />reports were prepared by Milner W. Carley and Associates, City Engineers, with re- <br />ference to the improvement of the land platted as Lexington Park Lake View, Lots <br />18, 19, 21, and 23, except the North 330 feet of the East 330 feet of said Lot 19, <br />and except the North 466.7 feet of the East 466.7 feet of said Lot 23, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 151 and that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quart- <br />er of Section 18, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, Tying South of <br />Interstate Trunk Highway No. 1 35 W, with sanitary sewer, street restoration, water <br />main and miscellaneous storm sewer, and these reports were received by the City <br />Council on October 26, 1976, <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of said area in accordance with <br />any one of the reports or a combination thereof and the assessment of all of the <br />land described above and benefited by such improvement pursuant to Minnesota Stat- <br />utes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,550,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on Tuesday, <br />the 16th day of November, 1976, at 8 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Hall and the City Clerk -Treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Zelinka and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bohjanen <br />and Councilmen Karth, Schneider and Zelinka, and the following voted against said <br />resolution: None. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
