(1z <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th <br />day of February, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor William I. Bohjanen, Trustees Andrew J. Cardinal, Ronald J. <br />Jaworski, Donald R. Marier and Maxine M. Swanson <br />and the following members were absent: <br />None <br />* <br />* <br />* <br />Councilman Marier introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes <br />as follows: <br />That the Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />believes that the 1972 levy by the Metropolitan Sewer Board against the <br />Village of Lino Lakes in the sum of $50,281.68 is excessive in light of <br />maximum 1972 anticipated sewer usage, and that the economics of the <br />community are such that said sum can not be paid without an excessively <br />burdensome tax levy increase, and that therefore the Village Council <br />shall notify the Metropolitan Sewer Board of their desire to appeal such <br />1972 levy and to also request of such Board a deferrment of a large <br />portion or all of any amount that is ultimately determined as the final <br />1972 levy; and that' the Village Attorney be directed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Metropolitan Sewer Board and <br />
