OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />Village of Lino Lakes <br />P.O., CIRCLE PINES, MINNESOTA <br />May 23, 1966 <br />Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />Pursuant to the allowances and provisions of M.S.A. 412.841, as <br />amended, the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes does <br />hereby authorize the Village Clerk and Treasurer of such Village <br />to destroy the following Village records of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, to wit: <br />1. All cancelled checks, 1930 through 1955, both inclusive. <br />2. Verified claim accounts,1950 through 1953, both inclusive. <br />3. School Survey, 1934 through 1947, both inclusive. <br />4. Election Data, 1936 through 1940, both inclusive. <br />5. Check stubs, year of 1955. <br />The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to send a copy of this <br />resolution to the Minnesota State Archives Commission and if no <br />petition or application requesting such records or any part there— <br />of under Minnesota Statutes, Section 138.17 is received by the <br />Village within 30 days after mailing of the resolution, the records <br />shall be destroyed by the Clerk and Treasurer. <br />• <br />
