Review Regular Agenda <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING, 6:30 P.M. <br /> Call to Order and Roll Call - Councilmembers Stoesz, Lyden, Cavegn, Ruhland <br />and Mayor Rafferty were present <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Open Mike / Public Comment (in person or received in writing prior to meeting) <br />Martha Slater, 7515 Patti Drive, asked the City to look at the posted speed limits <br />on Sunset by the turnabout, noting that 45 mph is probably too fast; <br />Michael Bushey, 1047 Mallard Ln, asked the council to consider allowing no use <br />of City resources to enforce the Governor’s mandate, based on constitutional <br />rights <br /> Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />1.
