PARK BOARD MINUTES <br /> December 4, 1989 <br /> Vice-Chairman Bob Williams called the regular meeting of the <br /> Lino Lakes Park Board to order at 7 : 00 p. m. , Monday, December <br /> 4, 1989 at the Lino Lakes City Hall . Members present were: <br /> Bob Williams , Bill Nissen, Ken Johnson, Candy Toffoli , John <br /> Bauman and George Lindy. Also present were Parks <br /> Superintendent , Marty Asleson; Councilmember, Harold Bisel ; <br /> and Planning Secretary, Laura Elken. Member absent: Ray <br /> Johnson. <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> Bill Nissen moved to approve the October Park Board Minutes . <br /> John Bauman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br /> PARK DEDICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING MINOR SUBDIVISIONS: <br /> TOM VAIL, ULMER' S RICE LAKE ESTATES <br /> This is a Minor Subdivision creating three sewer size lots <br /> out of a larger lot in Ulmer' s Rice Lake Estates . Tom Vail <br /> resides on parcel A. Park Dedication will be collected for <br /> parcels B and C . <br /> MOTION: John Bauman moved to accept a cash dedication of <br /> $400 . 00 for two newly created parcels B and C for a total of <br /> $800. 00 . Candy Toffoli seconded the motion and the motion <br /> was approved unanimously. <br /> BRIAN WESSEL <br /> This is another minor subdivision dividing one parcel into <br /> two lots . Park Dedication can be collected for both parcels . <br /> MOTION: Bill Nissen moved to collect $400 . 00 per unit for a <br /> total of $800 . 00 . John Bauman seconded the motion and the <br /> motion was approved unanimously. <br /> NICHOLAS SCHNEIDERMAN <br /> Nicholas Schneiderman wishes to subdivide his one acre parcel <br /> adjacent to Sunrise Meadows . His parcel will be subdivided <br /> into four sewer size lots . His residents is on parcel D <br /> leaving parcels A, B , and C pending park dedication. <br /> MOTION: Ken Johnson moved to accept a $400. 00 park <br /> dedication for three lots for a total of $1 , 200 . John Bauman <br /> seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br /> TIMBER PONDS <br /> Bill Nissen moved to table this issue. He stated that the <br /> Page 1 <br />
