RESOLUTION #85 - 10 RESOLUTION VACATING PART OF OTTER LAKE DRIVE WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate that part of Otter Lake Drive lying outside of the dedicated street within the plat of Otter Lake Estates; AND WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1985 before the City Council in the City Hall after due notice and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; AND WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the City to vacate part of such street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such part of the street described as follows is hereby vacated: A 66 foot road easement, being a part of Government Lot 8, Section 35 and a part of Government Lot 7, Section 36, both in Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section 36, distance 168.22 feet North of Meander Cdrner No. 32, which beginning point is also 30 feet South of the centerline of a roadway belonging to the Village of Lino Lakes; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East along the West line of said Section 36, a distance of 212.77 feet to a point of curvature; thence Northwesterly along a curve concave to the Southwest. Central angle of 65 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds, degree of curve of 40 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, a distance of 162.85 feet; thence North 64 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West and tangent to said curve, a distance of 190.44 feet to a point of intersection with the centerline of County Road No. 84 and there terminating. Excepting that portion thereof dedicated and described as Otter Lake Drive within the plat of Otter Lake Estates on file and of record in the office of the Anoka County Recorder.
