• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION No. 02-87 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN STREET (C.S.A.H. 14) <br />WHEREAS, A resolution of the City Council adopted on the 25th <br />day of August, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing <br />on the following described improvement: <br />the reconstruction of C.S.A.H. 14 from 4th Avenue in <br />Lino Lakes to Interstate 35W. <br />WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required <br />by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing <br />was held thereon on the 13th day of October, 1986, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />WHEREAS, a period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after the public <br />hearing and no petitions have been filed against the im- <br />provement as provided by in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 of <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 25th day of August, 1986. <br />2. Ronald Stahlberg, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />together with Jon Olsen, Anoka County Engineer are hereby desig- <br />nated as the engineers for this improvement. They shall pre- <br />pare plans and specifications for the making of such improve- <br />ment. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day <br />1987. <br />kt <br />C, L: <br />Ma ilyn G."
