• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14, - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MINOR PLAN AMEFSIDMEKT <br />TO THE LINO LAKES COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes updated its Comprehensive Plan in 1987; <br />WHEREAS, the MUSA boundary shown on the map submitted to the Metropol itan <br />Council inadvertently omitted a sewered area adjacent to the Anoka County <br />Regional Park and the City of Centerville; <br />WHEREAS, the omitted area contains 22 sewered Tots and an unplatted area of <br />approximately 17 Tots; <br />WHEREAS, the omitted area was in the MUSA boundary prior to the 1987 <br />rev i s i ons; <br />WHEREAS, it was not the intent of the City of Lino Lakes to eliminate a <br />sewered area from the MUSA boundary; <br />• WHEREAS, the land use map of the revised comprehensive area designates this <br />parcel of land as urban residential; <br />AND WHEREAS, urban residential zoning requires that the area be included in <br />the year 2000 Urban Service District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT: <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts a minor plan amendment to <br />revise the Comprehensive Plan to add the omitted area to the MUSA <br />boundary. <br />2. The City Administrator is hereby directed to submit the minor plan <br />amendment to the Metropolitan Council for approval. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this fourteenth day of <br />March, 1988. <br />Benjamin Benson, ayor <br />• Marilyn G`.
