212 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on July 28, 1969 <br />was called oto order at 8:05 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with all members present <br />except Mr. Rosengren who was ill. Also present were Mr. Don Carley and Mr. <br />Gotwad. <br />The following corrections were made to the minutes of the July 14 meeting:page 2 <br />paragraph 2, change second sentence to read - Mr. Locher stated that there was <br />a difference of interpretation, that there was not meeting of the minds on the <br />franchise and, consequently, no contract. Also on page 2, par. 6, cross out the <br />words "It was his intent" and add "He requested ". The last paragraph on page 3, <br />the second sentence should read, "He had come at the wish of Jandric, Inc. <br />and had written a letter to the Mayor and Council members on Jnllg 10th, which <br />was read." Also in the second paragraph of page 3, line 2, the word "home" <br />should be changed to "car ". Page 4, par. 6, add the following words to the <br />first sentence "rectory on the Husnik property." Page 5, par. 3, first sentence <br />should read "Mr. L'Allier mentioned that the old 1100 galiong tanker truck owned <br />by the Centerville Fire Department was for sale, and that he had offered (after <br />discussion with other Council members) on our behalf, $200.00 for it to three <br />members of the Centerville Council. Page 6, par. 2, add the following words to <br />the sentence, "and all the Council members were invited to attend." Mr. Jaworski <br />moved to accept the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried with <br />Mr. Bohjanen declining to vote as he had been absent at that meeting. <br />The minutes of the special July 25th meeting will be reviewed at the next meeting. <br />The Engineers were then asked to give their report on the cost estimates of <br />running sewer lines into Birch St. to the Jandric development and on to Center- <br />ville, as well as the cost of establishing a water system for that area.
