All voted in favor. <br />The Council received applications for On and Off Sale Liquor licenses from Everett Pearson. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, for the Council not to issue any On Sale Liouor <br />licenses for at least 30 days and that each application be numbered as received. All <br />voted in favor. <br />Robert Raymond, reported on a meeting of April 12, 1963, with the County Commissioner, <br />the Anoka County Sheriff and constables. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported gopher poisoning machine be shared with Columbus - -- -the cost of <br />the machine $250.00. Grass cutting would be done in Columbus if we purchase a mower. <br />He also checked on roads the horses have been digging up. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, to get a gopher poisoning machine. All voted <br />in favor. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Backlin, to haul siz loads of fill in the Tillage Park. <br />All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports that the plumbing is finished in the Park building. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, explained the Nuisance Ordinance #32. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Hauer, Ordinance #32 to be studied. All voted in favor. <br />The hearing regarding the rezoning of Richard Lichtscheidl's property will be hhld on <br />May 13, 1963. Special Use Permit for riding stable and a trailer for LeRoy Kreck, refer - <br />ed to the Planning Board. The Planning Board approved the house minimum, 864 sq. ft. <br />instead of the present 768. <br />
