All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to adjourn meeting.All zroted in favor. <br />Clerk <br />Minutes approved August 26,1963 III <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on August 27, 1963 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor /elling; Trustee's Eacklin, Speiser, Heckenliable. <br />The minutes of the preceding meetin were read and on motion by Speiser, second by <br />Backlin, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. <br />Applications for cigareete license was received from Russell Warren, on motion by <br />heckenliable, second by Speiser, it be granted. Carried. <br />Motion by gelling, second by Speiser, to renew fire Contract with Centerville. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to award the contra.dt for road work to Ray <br />Sina. Carried. <br />Motion by gelling, second by Backlin, Contractor was authorized to work out a compre- <br />hensive program for roads in conjunction with the Tillage Treasurere. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, also reported the weeds in the Lakewiew area were cut and had <br />Engineer Carley read his recommendations for street work in Lakeview. <br />The applications for a Special Use Permits for Joseph and Sally Michaud and E. R. <br />Henriksen were refferred to the Planning and Zonning Commission and hearings were set <br />for Sppt.9, 1963, at 7:30 by the Planning Board, and 8:30 by the Council. <br />Motioh by Yelling, second by M eckenliable, the building inspectors were directed to <br />restrict unplatted construction.
