32 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on September 23, 1963 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable, <br />Speiser, and Clerk Hauer. <br />Minutes of the prededing meeting were read and on motion by Heckenliable, <br />second by Backlin, they be accepted as read. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported on various snowplows and their costs. He also told <br />of the delay in the seal coating in the Lakeview Addition, because of the <br />weather. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Kelling, that the Attorney check on the <br />lakeshore property for the Village onf�tfn� Lake and the building of six <br />two- family. homes by Andale Inc.. Carr! <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Kelling, that Inspector Ross bring the <br />owner of Lot #11 to the Council Meeting and explain the sub dividing of the <br />lot. Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Kelling, to check with the Planning Board <br />on the Platting of property. Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Hauer, that Clerk Hauer, notify Hoffman <br />Junkyard to discontinue operatioi, to be out and cleaned up-within 30 days. <br />Constable Robert Raymond is to deliver the letter. Carried. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, for a Special Meeting between the <br />Council and Bonhiver & Anfinson, to discuss the budget for 1964 be held on <br />Tuesday, October 1, 1963, at 8:00. Carried. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, to put "A" on the next ballot. <br />Carried. <br />1 <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that Clerk Hauer, place a notice <br />in the Legal Newspaper, pertaining to 10 Election Judges for the Village <br />Election in December, to be paid $1.65 per hour. Carried. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Backlin, that the constables salary be $60.00 <br />per month, retro active to July 1, 1963. Carried. <br />Treasurer, Emily Rehbein, reported the Bank Balance to be $11,381.13. <br />General Fund $2,466.22 Parks & Playgrounds - $ 764.98 <br />Civil Defense 1,098.95 Fire 309.46 <br />Debt Redemption 4,231.99 Roads & Bridges 3,575.72 <br />Gopher Fund 463.77 <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that the Attoreny, prepare and <br />file with the Register of Deeds, the sub division of lots. Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to have a Village Auction. Carried <br />Motion,by Speiser, second by Hekcenliable, that Trustee Speiser, put a notice <br />in the paper thanking the men for painting the barn. Carried. <br />
