Clerk Hauer. <br />The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Backlin, second by <br />Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carried. <br />Hearing for Rezoning was held. Attorney Locher, read laws pertainging to rezoning. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, to adjourn the hearing until May 25, 1964. <br />Carried. <br />Gravel Bids were opened. One bid was received, that of Richard Schuh for 3,000 cupric <br />yards #1 $5,250.00, #2 $4,350.00, Pit Run $3,300.00, also a check of $262.50. <br />Engineer approves the bid. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to accept the bid from <br />Schuh. Carried. <br />Board of Equalization will meet Tue.day the 23rd day of June at 7:30 pm. <br />Mr. Backlin, reports about crossing the Freeway with duct for sewage and so forth. <br />Engineer will give cost of duct. The cost for seal coat on Ware Read for about 14 miles <br />of $850.00. <br />Dick Hoekstra bid on road work on 4th Avenue, from Lilac to Main Street, at the cost of <br />
