464-5562 <br />CUwJaken <br />ja,A, ITV <br />1189 Main Street <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />RESOLUTION <br />The Council of the City of Lino Lakes passed the <br />following Resolution as a Special Council Meeting, <br />duly called -to order at 8:00 P.M. on January 25, 1978. <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Park Department has purchased <br />lands in what is,known as the Chain of Lakes Regional <br />Park to be used for park purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council <br />of the City of Lino Lakes a use of the Chain of Lakes <br />Regional Park is in direct violation to the agreement <br />between this City and the Anoka County Board of Commissioners, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the City Council <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, rejects the proposed usage of <br />the Chain of Lakes Park for the purpose of establishing <br />a home for juveniles. <br />The Resolution was introduced by Mr. John McLean, duly <br />seconded by Mr. Richard Zelinka.
