• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.4yij -/,g <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes has received, reviewed <br />and approved the plat of "Rice Lake Estates" located within the City and <br />WHEREAS, the plat of said "Rice Lake Estates" as well as other platted and <br />developed areas of the City do require sanitary sewer service as a platting <br />requirement, and <br />WHEREAS, extension of the MWCC Interceptor to the northeastern boundary of <br />Ciecle Pines (west boundary of Lino Takes) is contained in the Metropolitan. <br />Council Water Resource Management Guide and approved 1982 -1986 MWCC <br />Development Program, and <br />WHEREAS, sanitary sewer service can only be made available to the City by <br />extension of said Interceptor Sewer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Metropolitan Council and the MWCC take whatever action, means or <br />methods are necessary to provide a gravity interceptor sewer to the City of <br />Lino Lakes. The sewer is to be located along and bordering the cities of <br />Blaine and Circle Pines. The extension shall be from existing interceptor <br />4 -NS -523 at the intersection of Park Drive East and 101st Avenue NE in the <br />City of Circle Pines to the boundary of Lino Lakes at the intersection of Sunset <br />Avenue NE and 101 st Avenue NE, and <br />That said gravity sewer be laid at such depth and grade that maximum design <br />depth be provided to the terminal point in Lino Lakes, and <br />That the sewer be made available no later than May 1, 1985. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the Cit .
