CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br />January 28, 2014 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Call to Order. <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Roll Call. <br />Consideration, Discussion, and Possible Action on All of the following items: <br />I. Approval of the January 28, 2014, City Council Meeting Agenda. (action requested) <br />II. Proclamations and Recognitions. <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br />A. Approval of January 14, 2014, Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B. Licenses and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />D. Resolution 14-014; a Resolution Accepting a Donation from Kiwanis Club of St. Anthony for the St. Anthony <br />Fire Department. <br />IV. Public Hearing. None. <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. Commissioner Brian Heinis, will be presenting. <br />A. Presentation of the 2014 Planning Commission Work plan. (motion to approve) <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Safe Routes to School. Lisa Austin, MnDOT will be presenting. <br />B. Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC)/ Aging in Place. Suzanne Snyder, GMHC will be <br />presenting. <br />C. Resolution 14-015; a Resolution Calling a Hearing for the 2014 Street and Utility Improvements. Todd <br />Hubmer, City Engineer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. <br />D. Resolution 14-016; a Resolution Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of the <br />Proposed Assessments for the 2014 Street and Utility Improvements. Todd Hubmer, City Engineer, WSB & <br />Associates will be presenting. <br />E. Resolution 14-017; a Resolution Calling a Hearing on the Proposed Assessments for the 2014 Street and <br />Utility Improvements. Todd Hubmer, City Engineer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. <br />F. Resolution 14-018; a Resolution of Support for the Move MN Campaign. City Manager Casey will be <br />presenting. <br />G. Resolution 14-019; a Resolution Approving the Participation in City Labs Project. City Manager Casey will be <br />presenting. <br />VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may undress the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and undress on the <br />form of the podium, state their name and undress for the Clerk's record, and limit Meir remarks to Jive minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items <br />discussed of this time, but gory typicolly refer the mutter to stufffor a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on on upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
