Certificate of Appreciation to the St. Anthony Fire Department from Lt. Colonel Eric DiNatale. <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the <br />agenda. <br />A. Resolution 14-062; a resolution Approving Redpath and Company as the City Auditor for Auditing Years <br />2014 and 2015 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such Contract. Mark Casey, City <br />Manager will be presenting. (pp. 29-40) <br />C. Ordinance 2014-04; an Ordinance Terminating a Moratorium on the Creation, Establishment or <br />Operation of Businesses that Sell Electronic Cigarettes and on the Sampling of Electronic Cigarettes and <br />Related Products in Businesses. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the <br />podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their <br />remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer <br />the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
